• Tapa 1: Käytä sähköpostipalvelun omaa suojaustoimintoa
  • Gmail: Kirjoita viesti ja valitse oikeasta alakulmasta "Luottamukselliset-asetus" ja aseta viestille vanhenemispäivä ja tunnistautumistapa.
  • Outlook: Varmista, että S/MIME-salaus on käytössä asetuksista, jotta kaikki lähtevät viestit salataan automaattisesti, Microsoft Support.
    
    
• Tapa 2: Käytä erillistä suojattua postipalvelua
  • Turvaposti/SecMail: Mene palvelun verkkosivustolle, syötä vastaanottajan osoite ja oma osoitteesi, ja kirjaudu sisään verkkopankkitunnuksilla tai muulla tunnistautumistavalla. Tämän jälkeen voit kirjoittaa viestin ja lähettää sen.
  • Luottoposti: Nämä palvelut tallentavat viestin turvalliselle palvelimelle, josta vastaanottaja voi lukea sen suojatun linkin ja vahvan tunnistautumisen kautta. Viesti tuhoutuu automaattisesti palvelimelta ennalta määrätyn ajan kuluttua.

Palkinnot maksetaan kilpailun päättymisen jälkeen seuraavan viikon keskiviikkoon mennessä. Työkorvauksen tai urheilijan verokortti tulee toimittaa järjestäjälle viimeistään kilpailun jälkeiseen tiistaihin mennessä. Järjestäjä tarkistaa verokortin normaalin työajan puitteissa. Mikäli verokortti puuttuu tai urheilija on toimittanut väärän verokortin (palkansaajan verokortin), on veroprosentti 60 prosenttia.

• Method 1: Use your email service’s built-in protection
  • Gmail: Write your message, then select “Confidential mode” from the bottom right corner. Set an expiration date and choose the authentication method.
  • Outlook: Ensure that S/MIME encryption is enabled in your settings so that all outgoing messages are automatically encrypted. (Microsoft Support).
    
    
• Method 2: Use a separate secure mail service
  • Turvaposti / SecMail: Go to the service’s website, enter the recipient’s address and your own, then log in using online banking credentials or another strong authentication method. After this, you can write and send the message.
  • Luottoposti: These services store the message on a secure server, where the recipient can access it via a protected link and strong authentication. The message is automatically deleted from the server after a predetermined period.

Payment Schedule: Prizes are paid no later than the Wednesday following the end of the competition. A tax card for work compensation or an athlete’s tax card must be submitted to the organizer no later than Tuesday after the competition. The organizer will review the tax card during regular working hours. If the tax card is missing or the athlete submits the wrong type of tax card (e.g., an employee’s tax card), a 60% tax rate will be applied.
