Fuengirola Open

The traditional Fuengirola Open will be hosted now for the 9th time. The event will take place at DiscGolfPark Mijas, just a disc throw away from famous Fuengirola town. There can’t be any better way to end your season than playing in a disc golf event in November when it is still warm enough in Spain. A lot warmer than in Northern Europe at the end of year. 

Remember to book your trip for long enough. There will be disc golf action for two weeks, including a new Fuengirola Masters C-tier event for master-aged players!

Entry fees

• All divisions 80,00 € (incl. VAT 14%)
• Entry fee includes sauna on Saturday
• Notice: Entry fee does not include any course fee. All players must take care of the course fee (daily pass, weekly pass, season pass)

Competition rules

• PDGA C-tier sanctioned event with tee-time starts
• Latest PDGA rules and competition manual are valid
• No PDGA membership is required
• Smoking and vaporing is prohibited during competition rounds from 2 minutes signal to returning of scorecards
• All players need to keep score for all players in the group. Primary platform is PDGA Digital scoring, papercards as optional choice

Professional divisions

• Money prizes
• Payout ~50% (VAT deducted), 35 € from each entry fee goes to the prize pool
• TOP 30% will be awarded
• Money prizes will be paid via PayPal, at the latest on the following Wednesday
• Amateur players can protect their amateur status and accept voucher prize instead of money prize
• Withholding taxes will be deducted for prizes before the payment if needed

Amateur divisions

• Additional player pack (value at least 20-30 €)
• Voucher prizes (Mijas Pro Shop credit)
• Payout ~50% (VAT deducted, player pack included)
• TOP 20% will be awarded with vouchers

FUENGIROLA MASTERS 2025

• Competition for master-aged players
