Ford is committed to supporting Finnish junior disc golf
NBDG and Ford are continuing their well established partnership to 2022. This partnership has played an important part in the development of Finnish disc golf and has allowed disc golfers of all skill levels access to the best events and courses around the country.
When looking at 2022, it was clear for Ford that they are committed to supporting Finnish disc golf and supporting the NBDG Junior Program established in 2019. The Junior Program consists of SFL/PDGA approved competitions organized by NBDG and also license free competitions free for anyone to join. The goal of the program is to reduce the costs of playing disc golf and help kids take their game to a professional level.
Thanks to the work from Ford, the NBDG Junior Program Final is bigger than ever this year and will provide lasting experiences for disc golfers of all skill levels. The event will be held during 30.9.-2.10.2022 at Ford DiscGolfPark and Ford Amateur DiscGolfPark in Tuusula.

Ford is also continuing their partnership with NBDG:s Tyyni Open, the biggest disc golf event in Europe. Tyyni will be held in Sipoo, Kerava, Tuusula and Porvoo during the 4th-10th of July. Tyyni is a one of a kind experience and 1000 players from all over the world will be joining the competition.
Joni Luumi, Sales Manager at Ford Finland comments:
“Tyyni Open organized by NBDG is the main disc golf event of the year for many players and therefore it is important that we are playing our part in making the event happen. The best part about Tyyni is the opportunity to meet and socialize with players at the event. Also the many different side events taking place at the venues make Tyyni a perfect disc golf event.”
Welcome to Tyyni!
